Pachira Capital Pty Ltd (PacCap) is an investment management and advisory company formed to fund and manage early-stage, high-growth investment opportunities.
PacCap is setting up and managing an Early-Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnership (ESVCLP: these vehicles are licensed by the Australian Federal Government and offer very real taxation benefits to Australian and international investors.
Importantly, PacCap has developed a methodology that identifies, analyses and manages potential investees to deliver them “investment ready” to Private Equity or VC funds.
PacCap has a portfolio of companies that are at various stages of growth but all of whom require capital to fund them to “the next stage”.
Investment opportunities identified to date amount to some AU$200 million.
